We provide a full range of accommodations to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities including but not limited to: convenient drop off point, entrances/exits, elevators, restrooms, ticket windows, drinking fountains, concession counters and seating areas.

• Accessible seating is offered on the arena floor (if an event allows it) and on the concourse. Accessible seating is available  through Ticketmaster and Kansas Expocentre Box Office. When ordering, please indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.
• Ground-level, handicapped accessible entrances are available at the south end of the arena and through the atrium entrance to Exhibition Hall. Both entrances have elevators. Handicapped guests can be dropped off directly in front of either accessible entrance, but vehicles must be parked in one of the regular lots.

ATM

A CoreFirst Bank & Trust ATM is located on the upper level of the Exhibition Hall atrium. This location provides easy access for people in Landon Arena and Exhibition Hall. Please ask the security guard at the door of either facility for a hand stamp if you need to access the ATM. Security personnel can also assist you in locating the ATM.

Parking

Parking is available for 2,500 vehicles to the east and south of Landon Arena. These lots are used for events in the arena, Exhibition Hall and R.R. Domer Livestock Arena. 320 spaces are available at the north end of the Expocentre, between Heritage Hall and Agricultural Hall. There is no event parking on the west side of Landon Arena or Exhibition Hall. 

Security / Emergency services

Security guards are stationed at every entrance/exit during events, as well as scattered throughout the venue. The Expocentre strongly advises our guests to keep possessions out of sight and their vehicles locked while attending events. Most arena events will have emergency medical staff in attendance.
